As CIO of Wesfarmers-owned Blackwoods, Claudio and his team led a complex transformation program that evolved the business capability and enabled business functions to work on any device from any location. Nicola is an advisory board member and former chair of the CIO Executive Council and has led technology transformation programs at Cardno, University of New South Wales, Sydney Trains, Caltex and GrainCorp.

As a leader at Cap Gemini, Centrica, Logica and Brambles, Kirk helped companies develop their IT capabilities and design and deliver global technology strategies and digital transformation programs. As the Head of IT Asia Pacific at CHG-MERIDIAN, Kirk plays an integral role in the company's digital workplace journey and in transforming existing systems to deliver better user experiences for employees and customers. Kirk is also the CIO of CHG-MERIDIAN's subsidiary, Equigroup.
